Hi -

To create your own photoface 3D character (from a photo) -

* open the editor and select the "3d" tab under "models"

* click on "Create your Own" button

*  You will then need to activate the Flash option, close the editor and launch it again

* select the Flash option when you launch the editor.

Note: the "Photoface 3D" feature is the only SitePal feature that requires Flash - and it is required only for editing/creating your own 3D character. The created character does not require Flash to play when embedded on your website - it is an editing requirement only. This feature will soon be available in the HTML5 editor - obviating the need to use Flash.

* in the Flash editor - select the "3D" tab under "models".

* click on "Create your Own" button & follow step by step instructions to create your character.

If needed - please send a note to support@sitepal.com & we will help you out in more detail.

We'll be happy to schedule a walkthrough screen-share session and go over it with you.

Hope this helps,

Gil

The SitePal Team

Thanks for pointing it out. The terms are under review and will be updated soon.

Mohit -

SitePal can handle any number of concurrent viewers (website visitors).

The service is CDN accelerated with edge servers worldwide. Services such as dynamic TTS are cloud based and scalable.

The infrastructure is the same as used by Oddcast (SitePal parent company) to deliver superbowl campaigns & annual ElfYourself holiday greetingcard/experience which is viewed by hundreds of millions of visitors over the holidays.

Hope this helps, best,

Gil

Mohit -

Please grab a screenshot & send to support@sitepal.com - and we will look into it.

Thanks!

Gil

I can't use this description. I need to see a working example.

If this is important - and sounds like it is - please make the effort of setting up a test page that demonstrates the problem.

Many thanks,

Gil

Mohit - this is an ancient thread and not likely relevant. Our character technology was rewritten twice over since then.

Problems like this are likely the result of limited bandwidth available to the device.

I would suggest for starters to run "fast.com" on desktop, then do the same on the ipad device - and see what your available bandwidth is on each device.

Then please run this diagnostic -

http://www.workboy.com/diagnostics/sayText_VHSS.html

Click on 'start test' - and let me know what average latency you are seeing on each device

Gil

Mohit -

Can you provide me with more information?

A test page that demonstrates the problem would be ideal.

If that's not immediately feasible - a JS code snippet that demonstrates what you are doing would also help.

We need to be able to see and recreate the problem in order to address it.

Thanx!
