Hi -
Unfortunately - the translator demo is no longer supported.

Our translator demo was utilizing Google Translation services under the hood.
Several months ago Google started charging for this service, which made it impossible for us to continue to offer it as a free demo.

If it helps, you can access Google's service directly (without avatars) - here -
http://translate.google.com/

Thanks for understanding,
Gil

I would think so!
Looking into it - thanks!
Yeah - this is an old form that reaches an address no longer in use...
Very sorry about this - we will hunt down the deprecated form and update it.

please send your message again directly to sales@sitepal.com & support@sitepal.com and we will respond and address.

Dave -

I'm very surprised.
you must be using a sales form that is broken, or our responses are caught by spam filters.
please re-send your email directly to sales@sitepal.com and cc support@sitepal.com, and please check your junk folder for any message from us.

We will take care of you without delay.
Best,
Gil

ps. - how have you been contacting our sales?
Yes, technically it is possible to embed a sitepal Scene from your account in any site. But from a license perspective, the account is intended for use only "on domains that you or your company owns".

We do request that separate accounts be purchased for separate companies/organizations.

Hope this makes sense,
Gil

Hi Nora -
There are two ways to go about it.
If your text is known in advance, then add it as a new audio to your Scene. To do so, in the editor select "Audio" and then select "TTS" - select the voice and type in the text (or paste it in).

If your text is dynamic (i.e. determined by the identity of the visitor, or database information that appears on the page ) - you need to use our API to "speak" the text in real time. You would need to have a basic programming background & minimal understanding of Javascript to do so. Checkout our API Reference on our support page for more information - lookup the function "sayText"

hope this helps,

I've been advised that the problem was clarified and resolved by our support engineer.
The issue was that the domain (under which the Scene is loaded) was not added to the "licensed domains" for your account.

Please let me know if you still experience a problem

There should not be any delay - but you may need to re-launch the editor.
can you please try & see if it works for you ?
